Afghanistan Police Sector Reform Project: Phase 1 - Photo Gallery

CANPOL Director Claude Rochon led a CIDA-funded mission to support police reform in Afghanistan from May to July 2003. Efforts concentrated on developing leadership skills, providing management tools and techniques, and on promoting human rights within the police culture. One project brought Afghan police woman together to discuss strategies to increase numbers and extend their reach. CANPOL is poised to do more in Afghanistan.
